CD44, (Phagocyte glycoprotein 1) is a 80-95kD transmembrane glycoprotein (hyaladherin family) present on the most of cells and tissues (leukocytes, endothelial cells, mesenchymal cells, etc). It is not found on platelets or hepatocytes.||Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Western Blot: 2ug/ml, 60 min on vertical incubator; positive control: Kg-1a human leukemia cell lysate, non-reducing conditions.|Flow Cytometry: 2-6ug/ml|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
