CD44 cell surface antigen is a 90kD glycoprotein expressed by all leukocytes.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. |Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): Labels medullary area strongly and cortical area weakly.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Hybridoma: |P3.X63 Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
