Product Introduction | Elabscience® DAB Detection kit can be used for immunohistochemical development. DAB (3,3N-Diaminobenzidine Tertrahydrochloride) is a common substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP), under the catalysis of horseradish peroxidase, DAB will produce a brown precipitate. |

Storage | The kit can be store at 2~8°C with shading light for 12 months. Avoid freezing and thawing cycles, put the reagent back in the refrigerator immediately after use, the reagent is valid for 6 months after opening. |

Cautions | 1. This kit is for research use only. 2. For your safety and health, please wear the lab coat and disposable gloves before the experiments. 3. It is necessary to control the color developing time of DAB, usually incubate at room temperature for 5~10 minutes. The positive signal is brownish yellow, be careful not to develop too deep. Then rinse the slides with distilled water to stop color development. 4. Please dry the liquid around the slice during the experiment to prevent weakening the dyeing intensity. 5. The positive and negative controls should be set up during the experiment to prevent possible false positive and false negative results. |
