Datasheet SDS HRP Conjugate Stabilizer Diluent is specifically formulated for stabilizing and increasing the shelf life of HRP conjugates. It can be diluted up to 1:1 in a saline solution (0.9% NaCl) to give greater product economy without compromising performance.

Directions for use | Centrifuge before opening to ensure complete recovery of vial contents. This product is supplied ready to use, but also can be diluted up to 1:1 in a saline solution (0.9% NaCl) to give greater product economy without compromising performance. Add the HRP conjugate to this stabilizer solution to achieve the desired dilution for the intended application. HEPES and MOPS buffers are highly compatible with the stabilizing solution, but only very small amounts of phosphate buffered solutions may be added. Accelerated stability studies can be performed for several days at 45-50°C to insure efficacy of the stabilizing solution with particular applications. |
