Applications: |Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunofluorescence. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilution: |Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Label:|Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (TRITC) (Molecular Weight 444 daltons)||Absorption Wavelength: 550nm ||Emission Wavelength: 570nm||Fluorochrome/Protein Ratio: 3.6 moles TRITC per mole of Goat IgG F(ab’)2||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder is stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O prior to use. To avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot reconstituted stock solution and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C.|Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. |Caution: TRITC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
