Description
Low Serum Growth Supplement contains basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), fetal bovine serum (FBS), heparin, human epidermal growth factor (EGF) and hydrocortisone. It is used as a medium supplement for the culture of human dermal fibroblasts and endothelial cells derived from large vessels to supply all of the required components in a complete culture environment.
Each 5 mL bottle can be added to 500 mL bottle of cell culture medium to obtain the correct amount of supplement.
