SK-UT-1 cells

Disease:

Grade III, mesodermal tumor (mixed); consistent with leiomyosarcoma.

Origin:

This cell line has little or no phosphorylated retinoblastoma protein. SK-UT-1 cells are capable of forming tumors when inoculated in immunocompromised mice.

Complete growth culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
