Product Introduction Elabscience ® new generation of Western Blotting Antibody Dilution Buffer is the highly effective primary and secondary antibody dilution buffer. It is significantly better than the traditional primary and secondary antibody diluent based on BSA, skimmed milk powder, etc., which can be used for the dilution of Western blotting primary and secondary antibody.
Western Blotting Antibody Dilution Buffer can effectively save antibody. The antibody diluted and prepared by this product can be stored and used at 4°C for no less than 6 months, and can be repeatedly used in Western Blotting, which is beneficial to saving the antibodies.
This product contains optimized BSA, detergent and antibody stabilizer, which can effectively reduce the combination of antibody cost characteristics and improve the temperature preservation time of diluted antibody.
This product has good compatibility. It is compatible with horseradish peroxidase (HRP), alkaline phosphatase (AP) and biotin labeled secondary antibody. This product does not contain biotin and will not interfere with biotin based detection.
This product is easy to use, which does not need to add any additional reagent, and can be directly used for the dilution of antibodies.
