Specificity
This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgA and Mouse IgM. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse isotypes and chain combinations.

Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water or equivalent; centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
