More info
A novel precursor of potent inhibitor of feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) virus in tissue culture and experimental cat infection studies. It only becomes effective pharmacologically when it was formed as its triphosphate analog in situ.
GS-441524 is originally identified as an active metabolite of Remdesivir that is an antiviral drug, a novel nucleotide analog prodrug.
