MSDS

Purified DNA suitable for all common Molecular Biology applications, such as:

  • RT-PCR.
  • Northern blotting.

t

  • Total RNA is isolated from a 100 mg young leaf sample.
  • Purified RNA is quantified using a spectrophotometer with a typical yield of more than 10 µg of Total RNA and an A260nm/A280nm ratio of 1.9-2.1.
  • Quality is further checked by agarose gel electrophoresis.
  • Shipped in: Ambient Temperature.
  • Storage: All components can be stored at Room Temperature (15 – 25 °C), except RNAse A (-20 °C).
