Description
The CD35 antigen is the complement receptor 1 (CR1) that mediates cellular binding of particles and immune complexes with activated complement. This single-pass type I membrane receptor is expressed on erythrocytes, leukocytes, glomerular podocytes and splenic follicular dendritic cells. This antibody recognizes the human CD35 antigen in flow cytometry.
