Figure 1: ELISA plate was coated with purified human IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Mouse Anti-Human Lambda-Biotin followed by Streptavidin-HRP .
