N-(3-aminopropyl)-2-methylprop-2-enamide hydrochloride is hydrolytically stable for preparation of polymers containing primary amine functionality.
N-(3-Aminopropyl)methacrylamide (APMA) is used to make reductively biodegradable hydrogels for tissue engineering and in other biomedical applications1-3.
