Product Description: Precast Agarose Gel TAE, 2%, 17 Well, Eco-Green Stained, 20 gels per Box: Eco‐Green is a safe nucleic acid stain for the detecon of double‐stranded DNA, single‐stranded DNA and RNA in Agarose gels. This dye replaces Ethidium Bromide (toxic, potenal mutagen) for visualizaon of DNA or RNA in Agarose gel. Eco‐Green is non‐carcinogenic and non‐cytotoxic. Eco‐Green is as sensive as Ethidium Bromide and it is used in the same way as Ethidium Bromide in Agarose gel electrophoresis. Best results are achieved by using a oponal fluorescence filter. Eco‐Green emits green fluorescence when bound to dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA.
