Reconstitution and StorageStore at 2 - 8C for short term, freeze under -20C for long term storage.
Do not dilute the entire reconstituted solution at once. Withdraw aliquots as needed with a micropipette and keep concentrated stock at 4C. Dilute according to the particular application being used. In general, the0.05M borate pH 8.0 containing 0.15M sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, is a good dilutent to use with most antibodies. When diluting for immunohistochemistry, ELISA or western blot, make the dilution in Antibody Diluting Buffer. Avoid diluting the entire contents of the vial at once since the diluted solution may have reduced stability.
ImmunogenHuman leucocytes
SpecificityThis antibody reacts with the CD3 antigen of the TCR/CD3 complex.
Application InfoImmunofluorescence: 5-20ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20gu/ml on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections.
Flow cytometry: 1-5ug/106cells.
Western Blotting: 1-5ug/ml. An antigen demasking procedure is recommended when using formalin fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
The optimal dilution factors should be determined by the individual laboratory. This MAb is clustered in the 6th International Leucocytes Workshop on human leucocyte differentiation antigens in Kobe, Japan.
