Chickens were immunized with highly purified human hemoglobin. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an Immunoabsorbant and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.

Applications
This product is suitable for immunocytochemistry. The F/P ration is between 3 and 6. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
