Recombinant monoclonal antibody to Fluorescein with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma 4-4-20 (enhanced). This is a chimeric human IgG4 antibody, based on the original mouse IgG2a format and is part of a panel offering of antibodies of the same clone in different formats (species, isotype, subtype and modified versions). Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. ||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and as a Negative Control. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
