Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse Kappa-Biotin antibody for use in ELISA, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and ELISpot assays.
ELISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgGκ, IgMκ, IgAκ, IgGλ, IgMλ, and IgAλ. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse Kappa-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 1052-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat. No. 7100-05).
